Ok.  So now that I have hit 30 weeks, my mind is going crazy with the millions of things to get done.  Maybe mentally I am hitting my nesting phase.  I have been such a slacker this time around!!!  With DD I was done and ready for her by 30 weeks.  Currently, my nursery is not done.  I have to get all the tiny baby essentials, our whole main floor flooring has to get redone before baby is here, and my list could go on.  Today I am putting my freak out energy into actually doing something.  LOL  I know, I know I still have time.  Its all just very overwhelming today!!!!  Also, as I am typing this I realize I need to go get nursing tanks and bras. HA Reality has set in----there is a BABY coming.

Haha.  I had that a little bit this weekend.  After not really nesting at all, it suddenly started to happen.  And now I'm dying to get her room painted!  DH promised we'd do it this weekend.

I feel the same way! I hit the 30 week mark today! Only 10 weeks left to go holy smokes! I do have the major bulk items of the nursery done (crib, glider, dresser), flooring is in, and it is painted, but that's it! I am going to try my best to not freak out to much until after my baby shower which will be August 29th.

I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow. I was born at 35. That kind of caused some panic. I'm not ready for a kid in 2 weeks. We don't have a car seat yet (I have a few showers this month and am waiting to buy one just in case)

I am on that team!! Due 8 weeks today and so the lack of weekends and evenings left to get stuff together is wild!!

Yep, my good friend delivered her healthy baby boy at 37 weeks last Thursday and that jump started my ass for sure.  That's less than 7 weeks away, and it could totally happen, not that I want it to. 

This weekend we painted the nursery, put together the crib and dresser/changer and ordered the rug and curtains I want.  I've been washing baby things to put away now that I have the dresser ready.  We have our carseat, but still need an extra base.  We registered for it, so I'm waiting until after both showers (8/23 at work & 9/7 for family and friends) before I order it.  I still need a book case, lamp and some sort of pouf or ottoman for my chair.  We are good on clothes for newborn - 3 months and I figure I'll worry about bigger sizes after our shower or as ds grows.  

Tentatively packed a bag for the hospital, but I still need to make a check list for last minute grab things that we are most likely to run out without and put it on the frig or something.  Also have to finalize plans for which mom will be staying with DD at our house while we are in the hospital.  I don't want to think about this so I'm just ignoring that issue now.  

I've also got to order some larger flanges for the pump I got.  Oh, and we still don't have any sort of co-sleeping bed for lo.... another after shower purchase if we don't get the pnp we want.  I'm losing it.

Lol I don't even have my nursery furniture yet and it prob wont be here for another month or so.

Same here. I called today and the furniture is still 2-3 weeks from getting here. Kind of bumming me out because I would like to start organizing a bit.

OP I'm with you! We are actually waiting for the installation of our flooring upstairs. I had my baby shower yesterday, so now our living room looks like someone vomited a BRU catalog

We have family coming tonight to rip up the carpet upstairs, and we have a scheduled install date of Aug 26th, but are also on the standby list in case someone cancels between now and then. I just want to be able to put the furniture together and put everything away!! I want to nest but I can't - it's starting to really bother me!
