Stripping diapers.

I went on VA and the place I stayed had a top loading HE washer/dryer. By the end of 2 weeks my diapers smelled SO BAD! Well now I am home and I have tried washing, re-washing and using vinegar too and they still smell!!! I know BG suggests bleach. My diapers are BG, Kawaii, and inserts are microfiber and Joeybunz premium hemp inserts. I was planning on boiling the hemp. Help me get rid of this smell and staining please!!

I recently stripped with dawn original blue dish soap and my buildup is gone. It was one hot wash with the dish soap (small amount of 1 tbsp) and two additional hot washes with clear water only. I would add either a little bleach or TTO to your wash. GL!

I agree with this. If that doesn't work, try a stripping by soaking in hot water with 1-2 TBSP of washing soda or a packet of RLR and then rinse 3-4 times.

I usually do 10-20 drops depending on the load size.

I recenlty did a strip with RLR.  I put all my clean dipes in my front loader and a packet of RLR directly on them.  Rinsed 5 times after.  They came out smell free and have been doing great.
