Antacids

Hello,

Did anyone LO's with reflux and is on antacids (such as Zantax), experience a change in their amount of poopy diapers?

My LO is on Zantax for silent reflux, is breastfed and hasn't pooed in 2-3 days! (I know that breastfed babies have a lot of variance with the dirty diapers, but its worrying me!)

Help please!
