Detergent sensitivity or heat rash? PIP and XP

What do you guys think? Detergent or heat rash? Not bothering M and it doesn't seem bumpy. Seems worse after a warm bath

It looks like the heat rash my DD had on her back a couple weeks ago.

My SIL said the same thing! It's not hot and M was in a onesie today. How can I relieve it! How did you?

I gave DD lukewarm baths and plenty of time in just her diaper. I also took a cool washcloth to her several times a day. It went down within a couple days.
