1st Birthday Party on Staten Island

Our daughter will be turning one towards the end of December. RIGHT before Christmas. Our apartment isn't really big enough to have too many people, especially if we can't send anyone outside due to the winter weather. We were thinking of maybe having something at a place, on a smaller scale. Nothing too crazy but still nice. Any ideas?
