Hi all!
Oh man, DD has hit the Separation Anxiety stage HARD (they're 7.5 months old)! The problem is that I can't do anything without her getting upset. I wear her when I can but I mean I can't change clothes or go to the bathroom or tend to her brother (who is totally getting the short end of this stick) without her absolutely losing her mind. If I'm not holding her and she's playing she's constantly checking to make sure I'm looking at her and has this worried look on her face until she see's that I am. This happens probably once every 5 seconds. Aside from it obviously being stressful and difficult for me to do anything at all, I just hate that she's stressed out all the time over it. She doesn't seem to enjoy playing when she's like this which is about half the time.
I try to tell her "I'm right here" or "I'm leaving for just a couple of minutes and will be right back to see you" but it just doesn't seem to help at all.
Any advice? I'm SO GRATEFUL that right now at least it's just one of them doing this...
