Working and pumping

how many times a day do you pump at work?  I am gone for 10 hours during the day 7:30 to 5:30.  How many times do I need to pump?  I was thinking hands-free on the way to work in the car, once in the morning, at lunch and mid-afternoon.  Is this enough?

That should be fine. I was gone for 8 hours and pumped 3 times a day (midmorning, lunch, and midafternoon). The extra one in the car will help you out too.

That should be plenty.  I was gone 8-9 hours and pumped twice per day.

I work from 6:30 to 4, and I pump before I leave for work, then at 8am, 11am, and 2pm.  I choose to pump 3 times at work to make sure my supply stays up.  Right now I am getting more than DD needs, but I am preparing for the 6 months growth spurt b/c I heard so many people have a hard time keeping up then.
