Musty...ugh!

I've been using my Charlie Bananas for about 6 weeks and they're smelling musty, mostly when DD pees in them. Help! I don't know what's causing it or how to get rid of it, so here's the routine...

-dirty/wet dipes go in a hanging wet bag which is left open until wash day, every other day
-cold rinse/spin, hot wash with one scoop BG detergent for 12-14 dipes and the wet bag on medium size load setting, extra cold rinse/spin
-inserts dried on medium heat for two cycles (I think it's 1.5hrs...oy)
-my one BG Freetime is hang dried and has had no issues

It's definitely mustiness, not ammonia or barnyard...how do I get rid of it and make sure it doesn't happen again? Thanks in advance! Oh, and DD is really sensitive to detergents with enzymes. :-)

Use more water in your wash cycle. Also, you might try a warm pre-rinse instead of cold.
