Best diaper rash cream

My DD is 4 weeks old. She has diaper rash. I've tried everything. The only one that seems to work is A&D. Desitin didn't work at all!

Anyone have any success with another?

No kids yet, but I have seen several people recommend coconut oil on various boards.

Some people like Boudreaux's Butt Paste - I personally prefer Desitin though.

Definitely Boudreaux's.

Boudreaux definitely, although if it's a yeast infection, you'll need a script. So if it doesn't clear up, get thee to a pedi.

Bourduexs is wonderful.....we haven't had a diaper rash yet!

We used a combo of Butt Paste max strength and Triple paste.  We had been dealing with horrible diaper rash for a few weeks - it cleared up in a few days with those two creams.

I'm loving healing balm from the honest company. It's great!!

My LO also had a yeast diaper rash and our pedi said to use lotrimin and that cleared it right up.
