Diagnosed with Severe Ashermans Hysteroscopy #10 - scar tissue grew back reblocking my right tube #11 or IVF with scarring still inside? 1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh
We have floor mats on the ground, since we don't have carpet and it's easier to keep clean than an area rug. Even though our kids are older (toddlers/kids), I think they're good to play toys on.
BUT I would recommend against those letter/number ones. For one thing, kids get really good and really fast at pulling them apart (off the floor) and there are small, choke-able pieces. We have the big 2'x2' "fitness" mats that we use.

Ooh, I didn't think of that. My kid could totally pull them apart.

Kid #2 - maybe???

Should I have left mine out? Do kids play with them? I bought them while she was doing tummy time and learning to move around.
I know some people are using them as the floors of their baby jails or in their playrooms for a little softer landing.

Em was tearing the alphabet mat apart and it was super gross underneath... We spent the money and got one of these https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0099XV1S4/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1375675963&sr=8-1&pi=SL75
Dh has arthritis (early onset!) and we have hardwoods and this thing is cushy!! We have one out on the deck too and it holds up against the weather!!
Ohhh I've seen this. It's over $100, though, right? DH didn't want me to buy it since we have the other mats already.
It's been at $80 on amazon for well over a month.... Cheaper then other mats of its kind... Oh and its a lot lighter then you'd think and it never smelled of anything plastic or chemical like so many others have... P
