WFD?

It's cold here and I have no idea what I want for dinner.  I was going to make eggplant parmesan, but I am not really in the mood.  What are you having?

I have no clue. DD is at FILs all day working in their garden, DH is working and I'm hanging baby clothes and watching the NFL channel. We have nothing to eat here unless we're eating pb&j, so I guess I should figure it out. Maybe DH will go pick up a pizza from our favorite place.

I decided on macaroni and cheese (homemade) with diced ham and sauteed carrots and zucchini.  DH hates mac and cheese and he's gone tonight

Cedar grilled tilapia, brown rice and fresh veggies. I'm also going to marinate and grill a bunch of chicken for later in the week.

we have a CSA and are getting 12 ears of corn a week-- we eat corn with every meal it feels like!

A few friends have dropped off food for us, so either lasagna or a chicken pasta bake with salad. It's great not having to worry about what to eat for a few days!

It was 57 here in NY this morning!  We went to the zoo and I said "it was cold" when we were walking around (it's all in the shade)... but I mostly say that because I got used to the 90's and then it dropped like nuts.  But it's not TRULY cold.

We had pulled pork sammies tonight, I plucked some I had in the freezer.  Roasted potatoes and fresh green beans on the side.

It's supposedly 73, but I am always cold so I have jeans a sweatshirt on.  The windows are still open, but it's overcast and feels cold to me.

We had a bit of a disaster.  Beans and cornbread.  I saw on pinterest (yep) that you can make cornbread in a waffle iron... So, we had beans and piles of shredded cornbread pieces that wouldn't come out of the waffle iron (I sprayed it with oil first too.)  HUGE mess.  Bad idea.

@gastro Can you link the pin?  I went through several and can't find what you describe.  A friend and I are making a bunch of slow cooker freezer meals and I would love to include this!

BBQ chicken pizza!

I even made the crust from scratch and Dh just pulled the chicken breasts off the pit outside. Cannot wait, I'm starving.
