Walking motivation

Went on a walk with my husband and pup this evening and as we were turning a corner someone yelled out, "I know that walk! How far are you?" I turned and it was a lady carrying her 5 month old. I told her 39 weeks and she was like, "Well, keep on walking!! I did that with this little one and went into labor 2 hours later!"
Oh yes, my walk turned out much longer than I had planned. As I gave LO a talking to on how it was time to come out and meet daddy. I know he won't come until he is ready and could be 2+ weeks, buuuuuuut at the very least, thank you random neighbor for motivating me to get a longer walk in

Funny, my neighbor several houses down was breastfeeding her babe in a moby while eating icecream and yelled out to keep walking too! Fun times.

Fresh ripe raspberries down the alleys are enough motivation for me lol. I graze as I walk.

There was a stop to pick (and eat) some fresh blackberries along the way...

DH and I went for about 1.5 Monday evening and I had so much pressure by the end I could barely walk, but nothing yet.  I think I need to start walking a lot more.

That's awesome. Also great that you have new moms in your neighborhood and other babies for your LO to be friends with

I walked up the hill to our mailbox and had the worst leg cramps for the next few days after. Sucky. But I'll definitely be upping my walks with puppy these next two weeks!

Walking becomes more challenging every day for me! I go twice a day with the dog and the evening walk has been cut a bit short this week due to massive swelling and south florida summer heat. By the time I get back on our block, I'm walking so slow that it's more like a crawl!

Today is officially my last day at work, I tend to walk regularly, but starting next week I will get to do it in the morning vs. the afternoon. I am looking forward to it for sure and hoping that it speeds things along! I am ready to meet my little girl.
