I cannot get full.

I couldn't use my stove for dinner. I had planned on a homemade chicken pot pie. Instead we had sandwiches. I had a PB&banana.  It did not fill me up. So I had a bowl of cereal. I am still not full. I could eat a whole pizza right now. I think my brain is pissed I didn't get a hearty meal like it wanted. I guess now it is ice cream time.

I ate grilled peanut butter, a kiwi, trail mix, an orange and a bowl of ice cream.
I am still grazing too.
I can hear the fat going to my ass.

That sucks. I graze all day long. I need to plan lunches better so I'm not constantly snacking.

I had the same thing for dinner last night for the first time in a really long time.  At 10pm when I decided I needed to eat.  Really though I had an slurpee which filled me up.

Healthy eating right here.
