Posting Pics

I know this has probably been answered 11456789 times but could someone please please give me a posting pics tutorial.  I have a really cute pic of DS and Ace I want to pic but it not working!

If you click the picture icon (looks like a polaroid) you'll get the place to paste a url for a photo OR you can click "attach a file", then browse under the editing box you can add a photo from your computer or phone.
