What about back pain?

I have mild cramps regularly since my ovulation, on and off for the last few days. I tought it was related the c-section that I had for my first pregnancy because I didn't experienced that the first time. But so many others seem to have it, I think now that's part of some pregnancies.

Yesterday my lower back was painfull. I felt like my pelvic bone was about to split in two. And today everything seems ok. Anyone else experienced something like that?

I have constant lower back pressure, which is assume is just how my uterus is tilted. I get back pain rather than abdominal cramps when I have my period too.

It could be the ligaments, but I felt this kind of pain later during my first pregnancy not as early as 4weeks.
