For those who do/did dream feed....

Did anyone stop really early? DD is almost 8wks old and is staying wide awake after the dream feed. Sometimes she stays asleep through the whole feeding, only to pop her eyes open when I put her in bed. and she stays awake for quite a while, wide awake. She eats 6oz bottles every 3hrs during the day, so I'm thinking she is getting enough food without it. Any thoughts?
