Pumpkin muffins

Ok, so I keep talking about the easy peasy pumpkin muffins that are so fantastic. I thought I would share the actual recipie!

1 box of spice cake
1 can of pure pumpkin
( no other ingredients, can you believe it?!)

Mix together to form a dense mixture. ( honestly if you think you are doing it wrong because its so thick it means your doing it right!)

Set oven to suggested heat on box. Fill muffin cups to top and cook using suggested time.(still watch them though to make sure they don't burn.)

Eat plain or top with frosting or marshmallow fluff!

I've never tried it with spice cake! Must do this! Here's a very similar recipe that I've used every year for the past 3 years! It's FANTASTIC. It's pumpkin cake with apple cider glaze. It seriously is unbelievable.

I've made these and they are fabulous!!! You've inspired me. I add a little homemade cream cheese frosting which is super easy...need to go to the store now.
