Chewing on crib rail help!

DS has started chewing on his bed rail in the minute or so it takes to get to his room. I noticed this morning that he has "chewed" off some of stain. I know they sell gel crib guards, but no one around here sells them and I don't want to have to wait or them to be delivered. What have you done to keep your LO from removing stain with their teeth? I'm not crazy crafty so nothing that involves sewing please!

I used fleece from JoAnn's. Just cut and tie between rails. He hasn't chewed on it since the first day I put it on.
I'm adding my first picture with the new mobile format. Looks like it works but is sideways. /:)

When J was little she used to chew on her crib and/or bang her head on it when she was upset.  We strapped blankets around the railings and it solved both problems. We laughed when we got the crib back out for C because it looked like a beaver had been chewing on the crib. And since it is not the most attractive solution you could always use it until the guards arrive.

Thanks!! That would work perfect, no sewing and I can tie knots lol! My pics on mobile also sideways but once you have uploaded the pic you ca click on it and insert it into the message itself which will turn it the right way. Make sure you delete the original pic once it's inserted in the message or it will put two pics.
