My 3 month old has dry skin on her face. I don't know what kind of lotion to use on her face. I don't want to clog her pores because she already has a little baby acne. I use aveeno baby for her body. Any ideas for face?

Aveeno Baby fragrance free lotion worked for our daughter.  I would apply a light layer to just the dry areas.  Our baby also had a bout of bad baby acne around 3-6 weeks.  I know some people are against it, but I applied a really dilute solution of Selsun Blue and water to the broken out areas as recommended by our pediatrician and it resolved within a few days and never came back.  It smells like sulfur, but it worked.
