Symptoms come and go, but yes, your body can get used to being on progesterone and you'll find the symptoms lessen a bit. It's really hard to say if the exhaustion is caused by the progesterone or just pregnancy, or both.
As someone who has barely any symptoms in first tri (and was on 800mg of progesterone), and the ones I did have would come and go, my only advice is just keep reminding yourself that symptoms mean nothing. I know it's hard, but they really truly mean nothing.

It could be that you're used to the progesterone or it could just be symptoms coming and going. Both are normal. It's so hard, but try not to read too much into it.

I felt the same when I started using my suppositories. The exhaustion came and went during the first tri.

I have been on supplements since I got my bfp. I'm about 4 weeks and 3 days. Does anyone have cramping with these?
