So here it is, I don't want to call the doctor because they always make me go to the ER and its really irritating. I've been feeling off the last 2 days. I can't concentrate I'm light headed, way super emotional because I have to pee like every 5 minutes literally. The girls at work are laughing at me today for ever more frequent trips to the rest room (they are actually counting how many times I go back and forth!)
I've got some minor cramping going on and my stomach is sitting really low right now, a very noticeable drop from yesterday. Kicks have been very far and few in between and baby is usually very active.
My lower back is so uncomfortable I can't sit down for more than a few minutes without being in pain. My feet were so swollen I had a hard time getting them in shoes today. My blood pressue with this baby has been up and down last taken was 175/84 when I was made to go to L/D (2 weeks ago), an I've had a lot of shortness of breath. Am I over worrying or should I at least give a call?
I had a scheduled C-section with my first due to hypertension and GD so I'm not really sure when to be concerned.

I'd definitely be doing something with your BP being that high and feeling lightheaded and such. Not good combinations of things you got going on.
