I wanted some opinions about my DD's 1st birthday party....Her party will be on Saturday September 28. When should I mail the invitations out and what date should I put for the RSVP by on the invitations? Also is around 3pm a good time for the party to start? I plan on doing food then open presents then cake. TIA!!

The party will be at my sisters house, about a half hour away from my house and for food I will make some stuff, and other people will as well. Thank you so much for your help! I was thinking having the rsvp date 2 weeks before the party so I guess september 14.
