CrossFit Mamma-to-be on Zone?

So I just found out I'm pregnant...will know exactly how pregnant tmrw. I CrossFit about 5-6 days a week and eat 17 blocks a day. How many additional blocks should I add now that I'm pregnant? Thanks!

I don't do the zone (too much math!) but you don't need any additional calories until second trimester. That being said, morning sickness might kick in any day now and make low carb dieting almost impossible. Paleo went out the window for me. I tried my best but sine days I could only stomach bland white foods. Eggs, fruit, sweet potatoes became staples. Couldnt handle vegetables or meat. Crossfitmom.com has an article about this

This for me too. I didn't fall all the way off the wagon. But certainly wasn't able to stay as strict as normal. That said, I found I was able to tolerate some stuff that I couldn't normally. And most of my cravings (post first tri) were for fruit.
