Growth spurt?

So I'm convinced my little guy is in his first growth spurt...yay. My question is, should I just feed him on demand these couple of days? He's 4 weeks tomorrow, weighs ~11 lbs, and he's just had his 4th feeding, totaling 16 oz today....that just seems like a lot! But I swear he could take 3-4 oz every 2 hrs yesterday and today. Go with it and hope this ends tomorrow? Plus, he usually sleeps around 6 hours at night and he's waking up every 3 hrs at night the past couple of nights. Thanks in advance

Go with it! It will increase your milk supply. My little monkey just got through his 3 week spurt. Lasted about 4 days and was super hard but worth the new chub he's sporting! Adorable!

In the middle of that 3 week growth spurt and it's hard.  LO is a hard core cluster feeder for hours and hours on end.  It does suck like pp said but just follow baby's lead and you both will be happier.
