too much sleep

So my LoG will be 3 months on Monday and we are in the process of putting our house on the market. Needless to say we have had workers in and out of our house for the past four days. Her nap schedule hasn't existed due to saws and other machinery being used in the house.  Yesterday was the worst of all days. She only slept 40 mins total and threw so many tantrums my heart broke.  She finally went to sleep at 11pm last night and has been asleep ever sine.  Yep, its 819 east coast time and she is still asleep.. I'm kinda worried.  she has never slept the night ever and I didn't think it would be for this long when she did...she usually wakes at 430 for a feeding and then again is up at 730-8 and takes her first morning nap around 930-10.  I know you should never wake a sleeping baby, but I'm really concerned....
