Diaper bag for babywearing

Not sure this is the right place but was wondering what diaper bag other use when they are going out on their own wearing their baby without a stroller. I do this quite a bit as I live in Europe and take public transportation. Bring my stroller is a pain sometimes the elevators aren't working.

I take public transit a lot too. If I'm wearing DS on the front (which is getting more rare as he gets older) I throw everything in a backpack. If I'm wearing him on my back, I just use a large purse that can fit two or three (if I pack flats) diapers, two small wetbags, a small wipes pack, a sippy, a bib, sometimes a small snack pack, and my wallet, keys, and phone. That's generally all I need to be out for an afternoon at this point. I have a larger tote bag I've used for bigger trips out, but it gets heavy on one shoulder.

I have the Petunia Pickle Bottom Sashay Satchel and it has backpack straps as well as the regular shoulder straps so when baby wearing I use the backpack straps.
