(so sorry to butt in, ladies!) - her real name was Tina Hagenbuch. ?I imagine there are probably some follow-up stories on the internet about her. ?That was so incredibly sad!

There was a triplet mom that died in my hospital from an amniotic embolism the same week that Tina passed away, when my dudes were in the NICU.

It is so, so sad. I break down and cry every time I think of those 6 babies that will never know the mommies that loved them so much.

Butting in too.  Oh my God, that's so sad!  I don't even think I knew about that because we were in the hospital still with the babies.  That's so unbelievably sad.

Yes, yes, yes. It's all coming back to me now. I remember it being when the boys were v little because I had already gone through the c-section with them.

Ugh, so awful. I saw a post on TC recently I think from the sister of one of the moms (not sure which mom it was) and it sounds like they're doing well, considering.
