How did you do on last weeks challenge to do 50 leg lifts per day? I either didn't check in last week or conveniently forgot about the leg lifts.
This weeks challenge is to do 20 push-ups per day. (Yuck!)
GTKY: Where do you work out? Gym? Park? Home? Other? I usually take DS and our two big dogs on a walk/jog at least 4 days a week. I also try to work out at home sometimes, but DS definitely makes that a challenge. He leans on me when I do planks, tries to sit on me for push-ups, and stands on my hair for crunches. I've heard of tough trainers, but he takes the cake!

Gtky: we just started up our gym membership this month so we just started going again. I try doing videos at home but ds1 finds it as an opportunity to ride or jump on me

Goal weight: 110 (I'm really, really short, so this is more what I'm supposed to weigh)
Week's progress: Just began. Have started to clean my diet up and introduce more exercise.

This weeks challenge is to do 20 push-ups per day. I can't even do one ,but I'll try.
GTKY: Where do you work out? Gym? Park? Home? Other? I work out at home. We live in the country, so it'd be a drive to get to a gym or a park. Plus I'm cheap and don't want to pay membership fees, so there's that.
