I keep climbing onto and falling off the wagon... I was doing really good exercising and tracking my calories for a week, lost a couple pounds... did ok the next week and lost a pound... then didnt do so good but maintained... and now I'm not really on the wagon, and I haven't weighed myself soooo not sure.
Need to get on the effing BALL. I can't use baby weight as an excuse anymore....anddddd I'm going to be a MOH in April and probably need to get my dress around December. So. Blah.
It just sucks because it seems like if I get off track even one or two days, it's like I have to start over....ever since I had a kid it's like 5 million times harder to lose weight for me...either that, or I'm just 6 years older than the last time I lost significant weight and I guess it's true what they say about it getting harder the older you get...
Well, goddammit, I was sitting here not wanting to work out and then came upon this post. Now I am inspired to get that shit done. I'm probably only going to do two miles, but I am headed to the treadmill right NOW. Thanks, ladies!
@crystaladult is wise. I can fit into old clothes but weigh close to 10 lbs more than I did back then.
It wasn't me. My kid saved me. She broke my scale. And then I felt so much relief afterward and realized how much anxiety it was giving me. I still have my issues but I'm starting to feel better about myself.
Oh, that girl of yours and her rise to rock stardom. I'm glad you're on a road to a healthier view. I remember a while back you posting about almost passing out or passing out from unhealthy weight loss practices. It worried me, mama.

I have been doing weight watchers since the end of April. To date, I have lost 20lbs. I also am doing the couch to 5k 3 days a week. Diet & exercise is hard for sure, but I also allow myself to cheat from time to time, and that is what keeps me going. I would like to loose about 15 more lbs... Good luck to those on the same dieting journey.
It's not particularly exciting, but I realized I can do less than a ten minute mile now and that's kind of exciting. I walk 1/3 of the way and run 2/3 and I did it in like 12 minutes this morning. I'm not losing weight but I do like being active
