no sleep...not feeling well

I can't sleep for the life of me tonight. Figures because the other night I was bragging to DH how great I slept. I also don't feel well...I haven't had any swelling this pregnancy but out of bed to puffy feet and hands and a headache. I'm hoping it goes away as the day progresses. Any tips to get rid of the headache? I havent taken tylonel or anything this whole pregnancy and don't want to start now if possible.

  • Thanks! A warm bath sounds awesome, good idea! I will get my bp checked once the store opens at 9. It's been running high anyway, but I haven't had any other symptoms until today.

  • Sorry. My hands have been swelling at nights for the past weeks and it sucks. They are fine during the day but for some reason while I sleep they puff up and my fingers get really stiff. I was sleep ok tonight but I think my body has no decided that no matter what I do it doesn't want to get comfortable.
  • I'm sorry you are feeling that way, hope everything is okay. I woke up early with symptoms of the local stomach flu that is going around.
I'm sorry to hear that! I hope you feel better too.

  • Feel better.  FWIW, tylenol is totally harmless, but of course don't take anything you aren't comfortable with.

  • Try drinking milk or eating something with calcium in it then takig a nap. And i agree with pp about checking your blood pressure. Thats not something to mess around with
