XP: Ring Sling recommendations

I want to look into a lightly padded ring sling since it gets pretty hot here.  Do you have one you love?

I like the Maya wrap. I've used it for two kids, particularly in the newborn stage, and later on for hip carry when an older infant wants up but I need hands free.

The padding actually makes it harder to adjust and doesn't really help with comfort. I'd get a non-padded one. Mine is a no-name homemade number, but for brands Sleeping Baby Productions comes highly recommended: https://www.sleepingbaby.net/basics.php
