Is anyone else having trouble with it? When I log in I don't see the s12 exchange. Then I went through the email asking about the added cost due to shipping and wanted to reply I was fine with it and it is saying, I don't have access to that page. I will try again tomorrow.

    I posted this earlier but I think it was eaten in the switch over. I can't reply to the person who has me. I was able to send her a message on the main screen, but now I can't ask my person anything.

    If you can get to the S12 exchange page you should be able to see that you were matched with something like "Secret Pal" and then you can message them from there. HTH @vineyardmel
