Round ligament pain...what a pain

So those two weeks of snow, I spent most of it in my recliner because of some severe round ligament pain. I was able to get up for small things here and there, but if that's even an inkling of what bed rest is like, every woman on bed rest has my utter sympathy.

So now I'm on Tylenol and wearing one of those maternity support belts. I have to take a lot of soakers (warm baths) and use an ice pack, but I think we finally got on top of it.

Today is my first journey back to work. Let's hope it lasts.

Good luck! I remember spending a lot of time sitting on the exercise ball for this very reason!

I've already forgot about the darn RLP it SUCKED.  I had it from 12 weeks on.  I also had lightening crotch was terrible!!
