My RE is not big on supplements and wants me getting 1500 mg of calcium per day through diet alone during my cycle. I looked back at what I normally get and it's about 10% of that. Any suggestions for good, high calcium foods or strategies for getting that much into my diet?

Re: Calcium???
hmmm....I eat lots of yogurt and cheese b/c my tummy doesn't tolerate straight milk very well. I think there are certain veggies that are high in calcium - maybe you could google that. Plus maybe fortified breads, pastas, and cereals? good luck!!
why isn't your RE big on supplements? I only ask b/c mine doesn't seem to care either way.
I'm not actually sure why. Maybe I should ask, LOL

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
Do you like smoothies? How about a big yogurt smoothie with fruit for dessert and/or breakfast? I have one of those Braun stick blenders and love having smoothies.
I think Broccoli and spinach are high in calcium too.
I love smoothies but usually do them dairy free, LOL. Maybe it's time to throw some yogurt in there

This site had a big list of fruits and veggies with decent amounts of calcium:

Ugh, sorry - I can't make it clicky?
