Anyone have a cold DC didn't catch?

I woke up today with a terrible cold. This is the first time I've been sick since DS was born so I'm so worried he will get sick too. I know to continue breastfeeding and all that, but have any of you been sick and DC been fine the whole time?

I caught a stomach virus on the day after Christmas (2 days after Jack was born) and so far he's fine.

When DD was about 3 months old I got a really bad cold and I was just waiting for her to come down with it but she never did, thank goodness!!!

Also, DH had the flu a few weeks ago and DD never caught that either.

I've had a TERRIBLE cold for almost 2 weeks (still fighting it) and DS had a little bit of it... ?Luckily! ?He sounded a little hoarse for about 2 days but never had the runny nose. ?I don't know if his throat hurt or his head but he's been acting fine... ?I also EBF.

I had bronchitis and C never caught anything.

I was happy afterwards that she had been exposed but never actually came down with anything.

DH and I passed a nasty cold back and forth throughout most of December, and DS seemed to be ok!

I had a cold a few weeks ago and DD didn't catch it... I tried to let DH do most of the up-close stuff like making her bottles, etc.  I washed my hands 1000x a day and when I tried not to breathe right near her face.  I tried not to be as close to her as I usually am... it was a hard few days, but she never got sick!

Yes, I had a sinus infection the week after we brought Ian home, and H caught something similar from my brother at Thanksgiving. ?Ian never got sick; I couldn't believe it!
