HELP! No BM 3 hours after supp.??

I have my 7 week old DD a suppository 3 hours ago. On Pedi orders... there is still no poop! On the box it says should create a bm within an hour. If not contact physician. She has been sooo fussy and hurting! I don't understand! How long did it take your DC to poop after a suppository?!? Should I call her pedi back?

My DD goes within minutes of putting it in. The suppository will make them feel like they have to push, and she ends up pushing it out along with the poop.
