Cervical length - what is good?

Can someone tell me what a good cervical length is versus one that could be considered incompetent? The last time they measured mine last tuesday, they told me it was 4 cm and firm....

All the talk about incompetent cervix coupled with my vaginal twinges and spasms has me nervous.....

I was told anyting about 3 cm is good.

I agree with pp.. 3 cm is good.  You are FINE at 4 cm!

4 cm is good. I was told they wouldn't interfere with anything longer than 2.5.

Anthing over 3 is great.  Under 3 and they will probably be monitoring you
