nbr: I need Word help & a favor!!! (computer related)

I have a really big but quick favor to ask someone! My MIL is here making beautiful pillows for Elise's nursery. She is doing one with a capital E "iron on" that we will print. We need an "E" in Edwardian Script IT, size 550 *flipped*---- does that make sense??? It needs to be centered on the page. I'm on my Mac, using "Word" and have tried to do this for the past 45 minutes with no luck. I can't figure out how to "flip" it. If you know how to do this and you're bored... could you? Then just email me the attachment??
