I placed an order an hour ago. Something happened to the website, and it looked like the order never went through because I did not get that confirmation page or an email. So I placed the order again. Well, of course, now I placed TWO orders!! I have been calling to try and cancel one of the orders and I sit on hold for 5 minutes then they tell me to leave a message.
AND, I went to the website to check my account and both orders say status is "shipped" with tracking numbers already!! WTF??? I can just refuse delivery of one and get a refund, but what a racket!
