Your LO may be going through a growth spurt, and at that age this is unfortunately likely to be normal. I don't have any suggestions as to how you can fix it except to feed more during the day if you aren't already waking to feed then. This might help them sleep longer at night.
That is pretty much how it is at that age, also he may be going through a growth spurt. My baby was waking every 2-3 hours at night at 3 weeks and by 4 weeks he started sleeping a lot better. Hang in there! It will get better!
DD #1 passed away in January 2011 at 14 days old due to congenital heart disease
DD#2 lost in January 2012 at 23 weeks due to anhydramnios caused by a placental abruption
