I just got mine and I barely have any cramps. I used to puke from cramps if I didn't take motrin, so I thought I'd be in really bad shape from my first pp one. Will they get worse or is it just different for everyone?
mine was a piece of cake pre-baby and now SUPER piece of cake post baby....i used to be able to tell when it was coming, now i don't even get a warning like before (that part sucks)
mine are better now too! The best part for me is the duration has shortened from a lovely 7-9 days to 5 or 6 and I've yet to have any cramps. If I knew all of this I would have had a baby at 16.

i take lo-estrin and its not just a piece of cake, its the whole freakin cake. I barely have a period now at all. i can actually get away with a panty liner (not enough for a tampon).
BUT i do have one day where i have super PMS now. its like a week's worth of PMS is crammed into one day. I pretty much hand DD off to DH and leave the house for the day. otherwise i'd freak out on him for no reason. But i'll take that one day over what i used to have for a period.
Mine was better than before the baby. No cramps and not that heavy. It still lasted a week, like before, but it was way better than what I had been expecting.
Re: So I thought first PP period was horrible?

I had ppd and didn't want to take prozac so my PA said to have a baby. She said it should make the physical and emotional symptoms go away.
*Not the reason we got pg though.
