  • We did get a marathon on sale before xmas. We really like it. I can't say that it was def worth the money bc I haven't tried anything else. DS seems more comfy in this seat than in his infant seat though.

  • I have 4 of them and will get the same ones for this child. I love them. Worth every penny.

I researched safety ratings in Baby Bargains, Consumer Reports and online user reviews as well as the suggestion of our local carseat inspection stations.

  • While we haven't used it yet, we bought the Britax Roundabout based on its ratings and recommendations from other moms.
  • Getting another Britax Blvd.  I have one already with DD#1 and I love how comfortable she looks and how safe it is.  We are no Rockefellers (or even Rockes for that matter...) but you can't put a price on saftey for your kids.
  • DD1 has a Britax Boulevard.

Not sure if we'll move DD2 into that and get DD1 the Graco Nautilus yet..

  • I did some research and decided on the Britax Roundabout. ?All the Britax have great reviews, but since we don't have a large SUV (we have a sedan), the Roundabout was a fit for us. ?We haven't used it yet, but all the websites rated any of the Britax as best. ?They just vary in weight limits and bells/whistles.

  • We are getting the Britax Roundabout. It's actually on it's way now. My mom bought it for DS for Christmas. I did a lot of research and comparison shopping. I price shopped for like, a week and found it on babyage.com for $150, plus $7 shipping. It was actually LESS expensive than the other seat I was considering (The First Years True Fit), because of the clearance sale. If you aren't particular about the fabric pattern you may be able to find a good deal.
