I have an Ergo and a Moby wrap - really like them both.
Wheee!

I just got the Beco Butterfly 2 for Christmas and LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We already have a bjorn and it has always killed my back plus I read about how it's bad for baby's posture.
I have two Becos and love them. One of them is a Butterfly and the other is a 4th gen. They are basically the same except that the Butterfly has a built in newborn insert, which is nice. I prefer the Beco to the Ergo because it goes up higher on the baby and can be used from birth, whereas the Ergo requires this weird insert to use it as sort of a sling in the beginning and is lower on their back so they have to have pretty good head control before they can be in it without the insert.
Moby wraps are also awesome, especially for the early days.
I have a moby, a beco butterfly (newest version with safety connectors), bjorn, and a hotsling.
I hate the bjorn. It hurts my back and isn't comfy for baby.
Never liked the hotsling. It's uncomfortable too and squished the baby.
I love my moby the most. It's best on my back and most comfortable for baby in many different positions.
I like my beco butterfly too. I use that one when I need to have a quick on and off time and/or if I want to wear her on my back.(cooking, cleaning, etc.)

We have a Moby and a Pikkolo. Our son HATES to be facing in, so as soon as he was old enough to face out, that's all we do. The Moby, the Pikkolo and the Bjorn are the only carriers I've found that do front-carry, forward facing. Since I hate the Bjorn too (kills my back and bad for baby ergonomically), the Pikkolo it is.
We have a Moby as well which is great, but it takes a bit of time to get in and out of. Still like it a lot though.
I recommend getting a Moby at first. They're cheaper than other carriers and until you know how your kids will like to be carried, don't commit to a soft-sided carrier (unless there's one you can borrow from a friend).
