Pampers Swaddlers Question...

DD and DS were born at 33 weeks and are now up to almost 6 lbs (whoo hoo!) at 6 weeks old.  We are currently using newborn pampers swaddlers and are wondering if the babies will really fit into them up until they reach 10 lbs like pampers claims.

HOw much did your babies weigh when you switched them to size one pampers swaddlers?  TIA!

Our girls aren't that tall (born at 17") and we started size 1 around 8lbs. The newborns were leaving red marks on their legs. Though now we use Pampers Baby Dry. They are a little cheaper and seem to hold liquid MUCH better.

I used up all of our newborn diapers when the girls were 8 pounds and they were getting a little tight, but they still COULD have worn them if we'd had more, but since we didn't have any left, we just switched to 1s then.

I found that they did not fit my boys up to 10 pounds. At about 8 pounds, I stopped using them on my guys. The Huggies newborns.. however still fit my 8 and 9 pounder great. I have my 10 pounder in Swaddler size 1's now.
