Does it feel weird that your older child is not your "baby" anymore? Mine is three and I find myself still thinking of him as my baby, but as of last week I guess he's my big boy now. It's kind of bittersweet. :

I know what you are saying. When DS#1 came to the hospital to meet his new baby brother, I was in shock at how big he was. I just always thought of him as my baby. It was a real wake up call. I shed quite a few tears thinking about how grown up he is.

Yes, I went through a mourning period of this in the first 6 weeks. I felt so far away from her like she had grown while i was at the hospital but now at 4 months out, it feels completely normal now.
