Every night.  It's part of our bedtime routine. 

We were every other night until DD was about 2 months old.

When he was really teeny tiny we didn't do it that often. Then I started every two days or so.

Now that he's a bit older, spits up a lot more I do it every other day - but am considering doing it nightly b/c it seems to work as a nighttime relaxer -- so would be good for a routine.

Every 3 days or so.  The pedi told us that twice a week is good.

Every other day. but I clean her hands, face, and neck with a washcloth every day.
