What kind of bottle does your DC use? DS wouldn't take the DR. BROWN bottles. He would only take the PLAYTEX drop ins. I think it's because the way the nipple was shaped.

We use Avent but I am only pumping.

We use some called Breast Flow (by First Years?) and they work well. She hasn't had any trouble switching back and forth between breast and bottle.?

We use playtex drop ins.

Gabriel takes drop ins well, and I like that he uses them because I think they give him less air on the tummy. He isn't fussy about his bottle, though. He's taken the medela bottle before too. The only thing he's particular about - he won't use the orthodontic nipples.
