GTG in January

Reposting from our facebook group......We are WAY overdue on a GTG. I was thinking to take advantage of the MLK holiday in January (the 19th) since for some of the working moms would mean a 3 day weekend, and would also mean it wouldn't take away from quality time with DH.

So I was thinking someplace fun. Last January we had a GTG at Metro Zoo and it was fun to walk around with the little ones, even though Mikey was only 3 months at the time it was still fun. So I'm thinking a place like Metro Zoo or Jungle Island.

I'm in!!!  I posted somewhere below that we should definitely do a gtg down here in Miami!  I'm not sure about either of those locations (even though I live like literally 5 min from the zoo) only because I can't put sun block on Abby yet and I don't want her to be out in mid day in the hot sun without some sort of protection :-/  I'm so overprotective!  I'll ask the pedi, though, and make sure it's ok   But count me in for now.

I want to go! I haven't been to the new parrot jungle and I haven't been to the zoo in years! The weather should be beautiful!

Britishbride- Find out about that sunblock! Nadia has really fair skin and I'd be scared to have her in the sun without it!

Oh! Oh! Oh! ME! I SO MISS GTGs, and I think I'd be able to make that weekend. Either one sounds great (u know I live 2 min from zoo, but have passes for both lol) and DH might go, too. Let me know! [email protected]
