1. Did you/will you take child birth classes and what influenced your decision?

2. What have you and DH been calling the baby as a nickname?

My big u/s was CANCELLED on Friday due to the weather.  But, it's rescheduled for this afternoon, so we're pretty excited!!  I'm just trying to make it through the morning!

1. I think we will take child birth classes.  Since this is our first, I really am not too sure what to expect, so I think taking a class will help.  We'll probably take it in the spring.

2. We have been calling the baby Lefty.  During one of our first u/s the RE said it looked like I ovulated from my left ovary, so we started calling the baby Lefty.

I was on a break cycle but our dx is Endo, PCOS and MFI. 

1. Did you/will you take child birth classes and what influenced your decision?

Most likely we will.  A big part of it is that they are affordable. 

2. What have you and DH been calling the baby as a nickname?

The kid.. lol.. 

My big u/s is scheduled for 12/31.. so 1 more week!

1. Did you/will you take child birth classes and what influenced your decision?  yes, we start in january!  i really want to be as prepared as possible, and i am hoping so hard for a vaginal delivery!

 

2. What have you and DH been calling the baby as a nickname?  we call them the twinkies, and he and i usually call them by name when we're alone together.  i also call them junior and the lady.

1.  We are taking a Marvelous Multiples class, which covers a lot of pregnancy-related issues, and some care issues.  I'm also taking a BFing Multiples class.  I'm trying to get in for a c-section class (already scheduled for a section so a labor class seems pointless).  And . . . I want to do a baby care class with DH.

2.  When we found out it was twins, we decided they needed nicknames.  I made of list of "this & that".  I was shooting for Kit & Kaboodle, but DH picked Sugar & Spice.  So, I sent out the first u/s pic with Sugar and Spice written over them - and it's stuck!  I've been getting Christmas presents to us (and Sugar and Spice) for 2 weeks now.  (When we found out it was a boy & a girl, I tried to switch to Pebbles and BamBam, but it never took).  For the most part, though, I personally call them "the babies."

I am taking childbirth and a parenting newborns class at the hospital. DH and I are pretty clueless!! We'll sign up after the new year. Since we know her name, we just call our baby girl Paige: )

1.  We are. I was leaning against it because most of the information won't apply to us, but my OB encouraged me to.  We start in January!  I hope I can make it to all of them.

2.  We call the babies Alistair and Boots (for A and .  I'm getting nervous they'll stick permanently.

1. Did you/will you take child birth classes and what influenced your decision? I have not yet but plan on taking some sort of class. ?I don't know if I really want to but I feel like I should?2. What have you and DH been calling the baby as a nickname? He just started calling her "Miley". ?We are NOT using that as a name but it is a joke from the Soup that whenever a Miley Cyrus clip is on they shout "It's Miley" so ever since he found out it was a girl he just started saying "it's Miley". I am not sure why but I think it is pretty cute.

Can you add me to the check-in?  I'm usually a night time nestie, but I like to keep up with everyone.  I'm due 5/3 with boy/girl twins.  IVF#1 w/ICSI was our miracle! 

1.  We are going to take a class I think.  I feel like my DH needs it more than I do since he doesn't know what is going on!  We might do a separate one hour c-section class too just in case.

2.  DH started calling them the nuggets awhile ago and it stuck.  We have names picked out that we haven't shared yet, so when we are alone, we've started calling them by name.

We just signed up for Baby Basics in Febuary, I may take one of the other classes as well.

We call him the baby (original I know) or Monster...and sometimes by his name...Lucas!!!

Could you please add me? I'm pregnant with a singleton and due 6/25/09. I have PCOS and we got pregnant on Femara.

1. We plan on taking childbirth classes, our insurance covers it so it was an easy decision.

2. We've been calling the baby "bean" most of the time.
