Freezer meal recipes

A gal from SAIF shared a word document with some freezer meal recipes.  I made a few of them yesterday in preparation for Jan.  I was surprised at how easy they were and think it will be great to just defost/reheat meals when we're exhausted/have no time to cook. 

I wanted to offer to pass them along here too if anyone is interested.  If you post your email and I can forward the document.

Actually, I saw a post about freezer meals on 3rd tri.  Seems the document was the same recipes posted in this bio so I'll just post it here too instead of emailing...

Yesterday I made the Sweet and Sour Chicken (EASY), the Chicken and Rice wraps (yummy and seem like they'd be a quick and easy lunch), and the Beef & Broccoli Calzone (I substituted turkey burger.  The recipe was too full for one calzone so I refrigerated the rest of the mixture and will make a second with it once I get more pizza dough today).

Cool!  Thanks for posting this.   I was stuck at Lasagna and meatballs!
